Aged Care
We are proud to offer a range of aged care options to suit different needs and levels of care, including both hostel (low care) and nursing home (high care).

Our residential aged care units are located in six towns, including Jeparit, Kaniva, Natimuk, Nhill, Rainbow and Rupanyup, so that you or your loved ones can remain close to home.

Food provided in our aged care homes is freshly prepared onsite, offering residents both nutritious and tasty options at meal times.

You can find out more about the options in your town below.

If you are looking for information about our in-home aged care services, such as Home Care Packages, please go to our Care at Home page.

Non-Emergency Patient Transport
Where necessary, we collaborate with Ambulance Victoria to provide Non-Emergency Patient Transport (NEPT). NEPT is provided to patients who need clinical monitoring, care or supervision during transport, but do not require an emergency ambulance.
To qualify for NEPT services:
• the transport must be clinically necessary and,
• the patient must require active clinical monitoring, care or supervision during transports provided by either a paramedic, other registered health professional or qualified patient transport officer or attendant and,
• the transport must have been booked by an authorised health professional.
Further details on the eligibility criteria can be found on the Victorian Department of Health website.
