Ageing Well

West Wimmera Health Service is dedicated to supporting you through every stage of life.

Our focus on healthy ageing ensures that people in our communities, particularly those heading into retirement, have opportunities to stay well, active, and socially engaged as they age.

We offer a range of engaging programs designed to promote physical health, mental wellbeing, and social connection, predominantly targeted at those aged 65+ (or 55+ if you're of Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander descent).

Take a look below at the range of programs and activities we offer. If you are unsure which service might be right for you, please call our team to discuss your options.
