Health Promotion is a complex topic. Our Health Promotion team have developed resources to explain how health promotion works to keep people healthy and how different life circumstances such as where you live, your employment status, your access to transport, and more, determine your health status across the life course.
Our Health Promotion team worked in partnership with Rural Northwest Health to create a series of articles, posters and postcards that can be used as core elements of both face to face and online learning.
