Each room is furnished with a chair, table, bed etc, and residents are encouraged to decorate their rooms with belongings and mementos to make it feel more like home.

At Jeparit Nursing Home, residents’ privacy, freedom of choice and confidence are supported and valued. As a tight-knit team, we aim to provide an experience that supports each person to live the best life they can. We do this by creating an environment that promotes the interests of each resident. Each person is encouraged to have input into the lifestyle program at Jeparit, with activities then tailored to reflect the preferences.

We actively promote meaningful partnerships with our families and friends, believing that by everyone contributing, everyone belongs. We host informal meetings/events, where resident’s families are invited to come along and share a meal, some games and friendly conversation.
