Our Nhill Hospital is home to our Medial Imaging Department, where we offer X-ray, OPG (dental x-rays), CT scans and ultrasound examinations conducted by fully qualified radiographers and sonographers.

Our imaging systems in Nhill are electronically linked to specialised radiologists based in Ballarat who supply prompt reports of all imaging results to all referrers. ​
How to access
Medical Imaging is offered by referral from your GP or medical specialist. X-Ray, CT Scans and Ultrasounds are available by appointment from Monday to Friday. Once you have a referral, book an appointment by calling our main reception on 5391 4222 and follow the prompts to Medical Imaging.
Cost
Costs vary depending on the examination required. The cost of your service will be provided upon booking. Pensioners and Health Care Card holders are bulk-billed. Private gap fees are charged otherwise.
