Occupational Therapy

Occupational Therapists (OTs) are dedicated to helping individuals of all ages maintain their independence and enhance their health and safety both at home and in the community.

What we offer

Our OTs can assist you by:

  • Identifying your interests and goals,

  • Managing daily routines at home and in the community,

  • Providing equipment and arranging home modifications,

  • Modifying daily tasks to make them easier to perform, and

  • Recommending activities you can participate in.

 

For children and adolescents, they help:

  • Achieve developmental milestones,

  • Increase independence,

  • Develop social skills, and manage emotions.

 

Our OTs are dedicated to helping you live a more independent and fulfilling life.

How to access

Anyone is welcome to access our Occupational Therapy services. No referral is required.
