Stonehaven Nursing Home in Rupanyup is a 23 bed ground-level facility with easy access via covered entrance at the front of the building.

There is an easily accessible enclosed garden for residents and visitors to enjoy, along with a shared dining and sitting room.

Stonehaven is a comfortable, secure, home-like environment for residents with varying levels of care needs.
What we offer
We value and promote our residents’ privacy, freedom of choice and confidence. As a tight-knit team, we aim to provide an experience that supports each person to live the best life they can. We do this by creating an environment that promotes the interests of each resident. For example, some activities that we facilitate include interdenominational church services, visiting entertainers, and outings. Residents are also encouraged to decorate their rooms with belongings and mementos to make it feel more like home.

We actively promote meaningful partnerships with our families and friends, believing that by everyone contributing, everyone belongs. We host monthly informal meetings where resident’s families are invited to come along to share information and provide feedback, share a meal, some games and friendly conversation.

How to access
You will need to undergo an assessment with the Australian Government's My Aged Care service. Our Aged Care Administrator can help you through the process and answer any questions you may have in relation to accessing our aged care services.
Cost
